Find the next improvement in your customer communication process

Start with one customer task that is not working reliably. The three free planners help you make a decision and put it into practice. Use them independently or carry your assessment shortlist into a cost comparison. No account or email address is required.

1. Find the right kind of change

The software fit assessment asks about your tasks, actual and planned channels, team, problems, budget and current tools. Relevant follow-up questions keep business calling, social messaging, customer support and B2B research separate.

The result explains which categories deserve attention and why. Product candidates include their research basis, limits and checks still needed. A candidate is not a promise that a specific plan, country or account is eligible. Your result may instead recommend keeping the current tools or defining the process before buying.

Six working-practice questions produce a separate readiness review. Unknown answers stay unknown. A strong score does not mean you need more software, and a weak score is not proof that a particular vendor can solve the problem.

2. Compare complete quotes

The communication cost planner compares up to three options in the same currency. Enter your own quotes for seats, minimum commitments, fixed charges, add-ons and separate usage units. It shows monthly and first-year costs at low, normal and peak workloads, with setup and transition overlap.

Blank values remain missing; enter zero only when the quote really has no charge. For tiered or negotiated pricing, enter complete monthly quotes instead of forcing a linear formula. An inexpensive option still needs to meet the required workflow.

3. Make the next action owned

The handoff planner turns role names, coverage hours, timing targets and context requirements into a practical plan. Choose a missed-call, social, website-chat, support, sales, B2B research, order or automation-recovery workflow.

Copy the resulting steps into your team's existing system. A handoff is complete when the receiving role accepts it, not merely when someone sends a message. Test the plan with an ordinary case, an absent owner and an after-hours arrival.

These are examples of how the rules respond to inputs, not customer case studies or measured results.

Keep and revise your work

Download a report for discussion or use your browser's print command to save a PDF. Download answers saves a local JSON draft that the matching planner can restore. Reloading a page without saving can lose its inputs. Transfers between planners happen only when you choose them; the privacy notice explains the local handling.

The methodology explains the rules and limitations. Our research library and comparisons give you further context for the candidates. Validate the final requirements with providers, run the same small pilot and keep the evidence with your decision.
