Affiliate disclosure

Customer Comms Lab may use affiliate links in its content. An affiliate link can result in a commission when a reader completes a qualifying purchase or other eligible action under the provider's program.

Affiliate links should be identified with a clear notice near the relevant recommendation or link. A disclosure page supports that notice; it does not replace a clear explanation where a commercial link is used.

A commission does not determine which product belongs in a comparison or whether a product meets a reader's requirements. Our coverage includes alternatives, limitations and process improvements that can be made without a purchase.

A link to an official product page or documentation is not itself a claim of a partnership. Product names and trademarks identify the products being discussed; they do not imply that the provider endorses Customer Comms Lab.

Prices, eligibility and terms are controlled by the provider. Verify the offer before committing, and do not assume that an affiliate link guarantees a discount.
