Corrections and product updates
If an article contains an error or a product detail has changed, email [email protected].
Please provide the article URL, the exact statement, the relevant product and plan, and an official source supporting the proposed correction. For information that varies by account, country or billing term, include those conditions.
We review whether the evidence applies to the claim and configuration discussed. A new plan, a legacy account rule and a regional offer may all require different wording rather than a single universal replacement.
Where a factual correction affects a product guide, related comparisons and category guidance should also be checked. Material corrections should be recorded with their scope and review date.
A disagreement about a recommendation can still be useful, but it should explain the requirement or evidence that changes the conclusion. Commercial interest alone is not evidence.
Please do not send account passwords, private customer exports or unnecessary personal information. Public documentation and a concise explanation are preferable.
See research methodology for the distinction between official claims, editorial interpretation and suggested trials.
